Dear Fellow Traveller,

At Travaras, our journey is more than a series of destinations — it's a passionate pursuit of industry transformation. For me, it started with the vast grasslands of Mongolia and the ancient wonders of the Inca Trail. These adventures stirred something within me — an unwavering love for our planet and its diverse cultures.

My path has been marked by a relentless pursuit of harmony between travel and sustainability. From humble beginnings in hotel operations to leading green initiatives in the travel industry, every step has been fueled by a desire for responsible exploration.

My first years in Hawai'i were a revelation for me. Achieving LEED-EBOM certification at Hyatt Regency Maui was more than a professional milestone, it was a testament to the power of possibility. It showed me that change is possible, and we can make travel better, for our planet and our communities.

With Travaras, we're on a mission to rewrite the rules of travel. We're forging a new path — one that respects our planet, celebrates our cultures, and leaves a legacy of positive change. From investing in local communities to preserving our natural wonders, every journey with us is a step towards a more regenerative future. Join us. Jennifer's journey into travel began in her childhood where she traveled the world with her family. She understood early on that travel is foundation to human connection and expanding one's horizons, but we must do so sustainability. Over the last 17 years, Jennifer has worked in travel, from hotel operations to travel tech sales, always through a lens of sustainability. She went on to get her Executive MBA from Berkeley Haas, with a focus on Climate Change & Innovation before starting Travaras, a platform that connects travelers with regenerative experiences that leave a positive impact on the world.
